A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of MEP Draftsman
QUALIFICATION:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in construction projects.Proficient in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and other relevant drafting software.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP or similar BIM tools is an added advantage.
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct precise site surveys for building layouts and elevations.
- Perform topographic, boundary, and construction staking surveys.
- Operate and maintain surveying instruments including Total Stations, GPS, and AutoCAD tools.
- Collaborate with engineers and site supervisors to ensure accurate implementation of survey data.
- Prepare and maintain survey logs, field notes, and reports.
- Identify and report discrepancies in site measurements and alignments.

- Candidate should have a valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2025
