A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of Senior Planning Engineer
QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, and project coordination.
- Strong background in civil and MEP construction projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Master’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with civil and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of all project components.
- Monitor progress, risks, and delays, implementing corrective actions where needed.
- Optimize resources, workflows, and project sequencing to maintain efficiency.
- Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and clients for effective project communication.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards, contracts, and regulatory requirements.

Candidate should have a valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2025
